With the exception of emergencies, all requests for service must be in writing. Please complete the form below to notify us of warranty items, or you can mail, fax or email your request to our office. We will contact you regarding your request to schedule an appointment.
Please refer to the Warranty Agreement in your Project Closeout Package to review the warranty standards and homeowner maintenance tasks for the items on which you are requesting service. Please list all warrantable items you believe Barnes Building & Remodeling is responsible for, and are not homeowner maintenance or items excluded from warranty.
